About
A scientific partner, not a vendor
Health Hub was founded on a simple observation: Bangladesh produces a great deal of clinical experience and very little published evidence. We exist to close that gap.
Who We Are
Health Hub is a scientific and medical communications agency based in Mohakhali, Dhaka. We bring together medical writers, clinicians, epidemiologists and programme managers who have worked on both sides of the evidence chain — producing research and reviewing it.
Our work runs from protocol design and data analysis through peer-reviewed publication to continuing education and public health communication. Clients come to us with a dataset, a question, a congress deadline or an education gap, and we build the scientific route from there.
We are deliberately a specialist firm. We do not take on advertising, branding or promotional campaigns. Scientific communication is the whole of what we do.
Our Approach
Science First
The data decides. We will not write a conclusion the analysis does not support, and we say so early when a dataset cannot carry the claim being asked of it.
Locally Grounded
We work in the realities of Bangladeshi practice — the case mix, the referral pathways, the record systems — so that the evidence we produce is usable here.
Globally Benchmarked
ICMJE authorship criteria, Good Publication Practice and recognised reporting guidelines set the bar for every project, regardless of who is funding it.
Separation of Scientific and Commercial Work
Scientific credibility depends on independence being visible, not merely claimed. Our scientific teams operate separately from any commercial or promotional workstream, and the two are never staffed by the same people on the same product.
Funders may request a topic and provide data. They do not select conclusions, edit findings or approve academic content beyond factual and safety review. Authorship decisions rest with the named authors, and every sponsored output carries a clear funding and writing-support disclosure.
If a request would compromise this separation, we decline it and explain why. That has cost us work. It is the reason our work is trusted.
